There’s exciting news for fans of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai – Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Anjali (in the movie) is getting engaged! On Sunday, actor Sana Saeed shared the news of her engagement to her boyfriend Csaba Wagner on New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles, California.
Taking to Instagram, the Student of the Year actor posted a heartwarming Instagram reel that showed her now fiancé Wagner proposing to Saeed down on one knee while Taylor Swift’s song Love Story played in the background. The two lovebirds share an emotional moment and embrace as Saeed accepts the ring in the video. At the end of the reel, the actor shows off her heart-shaped engagement ring.
In the hours following Saeed’s viral post, many celebrities rushed to the comments section to wish the couple well. Among them was her Kuch Kuch Hota Hai co-star Parzaan Dastur, who wrote, “Congratulations Sana!”.
“Wow! Stay blessed, you two. Congratulations” added actor Mukti Mohan. Actors Tanuj Virwani, Vivan Bhathena, and Rizwan Bachav also congratulated the couple.
The actor shared a sketched caricature of Wagner and Saeed on her Instagram account and captioned it, “Happiness is spending time with people you love!”.
In 1998, Sana Saeed rose to fame as a child artist in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She later starred in Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega in 2000 and Badal in 2000.
