Cellular mobile providers are responsible according to the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication for the bad network and mobile signals since they did not increase their capacity to handle the escalating demand.
Senator Seemee Ezdi questioned Dr. Khawar Siddique Khokhar, Member (Compliance & Enforcement) of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority about the bad reception and inadequate network and telecom services.
